Please join us for this afternoon colloquium by Professor Siba Grovogui (Cornell University, Africana Studies & Research Center). Professor Grovogui will discuss his research on the Chad Oil and Pipeline Project, and reflect on questions about global responsibility to implement justice in the context of large infrastructural projects.
