Richard Weisberg is Walter Floersheimer Professor of Constitutional Law and Director of the Program in Holocaust and Human Rights Studies at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. His the author of several books including Failure of the Word, and Vichy Law and the Holocaust in France. He is founding editor of Law and Literature.Co-sponsored by the Critical Theory Emphasis and the School of Social Ecology.
